For business accounts we deliver vans, tippers, crew vans and refrigerated vans to sites, yards and depots across central Scotland for hires of a week or more, and collect them at the end. Handover paperwork can be signed by a named site contact, and a standing arrangement can be set up for firms that hire every month.

Why Choose Euro Hire Drive?
A depot on the M8, delivery across West Lothian, a handover that checks the vehicle with you rather than at you, and a team that has been doing this since 1999. Book online or call 01506 444455.
Collection from the depot
- Book. Enquire online or call 01506 444455. Same-day bookings are provisional until we confirm by phone or email.
- Arrive. From the M8 leave at junction 3 (Livingston) onto the A899, follow signs for Houstoun Industrial Estate and turn into Grange Road. Livingston North station is a short taxi ride if you come by train.
- Documents. Photocard licence, DVLA check code or National Insurance number, two proofs of address dated within the last three months, and the card in the driver’s name for the refundable deposit. Additional drivers bring the same.
- Walk-round. We check the vehicle over with you, note its condition on the agreement, and show you the controls, the tail lift or the fridge unit where fitted.
- Return. Bring the vehicle back within opening hours, thirty minutes before the end of the hire, at the fuel level agreed at collection. We check it with you and release the deposit.

Delivery is arranged when you book, and the driver’s documents and deposit card are checked at the door exactly as they would be at the depot. Ask about any delivery charge when you enquire; we quote it with the hire.
Things that make handover faster
- Generate your DVLA licence check code at gov.uk the day before; it lasts 21 days.
- Bring the card in the driver’s name; the cardholder must be the driver.
- Declare any driving convictions before booking so we can confirm eligibility in advance.
- Tell us if you plan to tow, carry chilled goods or drive a long distance, so the right vehicle and mileage allowance are ready.
- If someone else will drive as well, bring them and their documents to collection.
Delivery and collection questions
Can I leave my car at the depot?
Yes. There is parking on site at Grange Road for customers who are out in one of our vehicles.
Can you deliver the same day?
Sometimes, within West Lothian, on a weekday. Call 01506 444455 first thing and we will tell you what is possible.
What if I am late returning?
Call before the end of the hire and we can usually extend it. A vehicle kept past the agreed return without an extension is uninsured and late charges apply, so the phone call matters.
Can I return the vehicle out of hours?
Returns are within opening hours so we can check the vehicle with you; agree the time when you book.
Do you deliver cars as well as vans?
